  HORRIBLE experience. Just horrible. Went 2 nights in a row. First on a Thursday only to be told they only serve their prix fixe menu. Whish we had known about this before driving 30 minutes to get there. Then went back next night: place was almost empty but with 2 families with 3 kids and babies each. Place was like a frigging daycare. We were there for a relaxing evening and to try out their a la carte menu which wasn't available the day before. $35 for a microscopic serving of wapiti which was advertised as being served with morels. Morels we were told after the fact were pureed. And drowned into a black sauce which completely destroyed any hint of mushroom, let alone morels. Never going back. Period.

  I have celiac disease and spoke to the waitress at length to confirm that my order would be gluten-free. When my meal arrived, it had been garnished with ingredients that contained gluten. It took quite a while for the server to come back, realize the issue, and bring a new plate. Overall I was unimpressed with the service.
